Who we are
This website belongs to Amorin Artificial Grass, an artificial grass installation company working in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, Florida, United States.
For anything to do with your data you can message us on WhatsApp at (305) 896-8105 or call that same number.
What data we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, phone, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project.
Nothing else. This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking social buttons, and no third-party service that knows you visited.
What we use it for
To reply to you and put together the estimate you asked for. That is all.
We will not add you to any mailing list, we will not send you advertising, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.
How it reaches us
Today the form does not send your data to any server of ours: submitting it opens WhatsApp with the message already written, and you are the one who presses send. So the conversation runs over WhatsApp and is stored wherever your WhatsApp conversations are stored, under WhatsApp’s terms.
The site tells you this in the form itself before you submit. If the form ever starts posting to a server, this page will be updated before that change goes live.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies. None of our own and none from third parties, neither analytics nor advertising. Which is why you will not see a cookie banner either: there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
What you send us on WhatsApp stays in that conversation for as long as the conversation exists. If you want us to delete your contact and your conversation, ask and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message the same number and we will sort it out.
Links to other sites
This site links out to Instagram and to WhatsApp. When you follow one of those links you leave this website, and the terms and privacy policies of those companies apply instead — which we do not control.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Changes that affect what data is collected are published here before they take effect.
